Canadian Certified Counsellor
CCPA #11244979 ACTA #2923
A heart that cares deeply for others sees a need and desires to help. It is my heart to help others in the areas that they struggle with emotionally, mentally, relationally, physically, and/or spiritually. With an empathetic, person-centered, and strength-based therapeutic stance, I will provide a safe and secure environment where you can feel heard and understood. In collaboration with you, we will draw from your own experiences, emotions, understandings, values, and beliefs as we explore new ways to work through your concerns.
Upon request, I will use an integrative counselling approach with Christian faith along with guidance from the Bible. When working with youth and parents, I also draw from my 17 years of experience working as an educator and Learning Support Teacher.
